The tender for the 220 kV transmission line in Paraguay closes in six weeks. We have the technical scope pretty much nailed, but I'm worried about the pricing. What's our bottom-up estimate looking like?

The savings come from our in-house GIS manufacturing in Suzhou, which eliminates the middleman margin that most bidders pay when buying from third-party manufacturers. We've included the factory test reports and type test certificates in Annex C to substantiate this.

Yes. We're proposing a 6-day work week with 10-hour shifts — that's our standard practice in the region. Our actual productive man-hours per tower are 15% below the industry average based on our last three projects. We can provide benchmark data if helpful.
