材料验收

The structural steel shipment for Building A just arrived — three truckloads. Let's start the receiving inspection. Pull up the packing list and the material certificates.

Here's the packing list — 86 beams, 42 columns, cross-bracing and connection plates. Mill certs are in this binder, organized by heat number.

Let's do a visual first. I'm looking for any bent flanges, rust, or damage from transport. Mark any issues with yellow tape for further inspection. Then we'll verify dimensions against the shop drawings.

Found one — beam B-23 has a gouge on the bottom flange, about 3mm deep. Also, column C-07's base plate has surface rust. The rest looks clean.

The gouge on B-23 is beyond the spec — we'll need an NCR and an engineering disposition. Surface rust on C-07 can be wire-brushed and touched up on site. Document both with photos. Once we finish the dimensional check, I'll sign the receiving report.

The valve consignment for the cooling water system is here. Eighty-four valves — gate, globe, check, and butterfly. Let's cross-check against the valve list.

I'll handle the gate and globe valves. You take the butterfly valves. Check the nameplate — size, class, material, and manufacturer must match the approved vendor list.

Found a problem — this butterfly valve is 300 class but the spec calls for 150 class. The tag number matches but the rating is wrong. That's a reject. Put it in the quarantine area with a red tag.

Good catch. That would have failed during hydrotest. I'll notify procurement immediately. What about the gaskets and flange bolts?

Gaskets are correct — spiral wound, 316 stainless, matching the spec. Bolts are the right grade, B7 studs with 2H nuts. These are good. I'll green-tag them for storage. Let's finish the full count and I'll sign off with the exception of the 300-class valve.
