We're here for the mechanical completion punch walk of the cooling water system. I have the P&IDs, isometrics, and the system boundary marked. Let's start from the intake structure and work downstream.

I'll carry the punch list form and the marker stickers. We'll tag each item with a numbered sticker and photograph it. What categories are we using?

Standard A-B-C. A is must-fix before turnover — anything that affects safety or system function. B is can-fix after turnover but within the defects liability period. C is cosmetic or minor touch-up. Ready?

Got it. First item — the pipe support near column D-4 is missing one U-bolt. That's a structural support issue. A or B?

Category A. Without the U-bolt, the pipe could vibrate excessively. Mark it as P001. Next — the valve tag on MOV-202 is missing. That's a documentation issue. Category B since the valve itself is functional.

P002, Category B. I can see the touch-up painting needed on the discharge header flange — surface rust on the bolts. Category C?

Category C. Wire brush and zinc spray. I'll also add P003 — the instrument tubing for PT-301 is touching the pipe support without a protective sleeve. That's an A because it could cause a leak over time.

B items are mostly documentation — valve data sheets, instrument calibration records, test reports. We're compiling those in parallel. C items are paint touch-ups and label replacements — we can handle those after turnover. I propose we aim for system turnover by Friday with zero A items and a signed residual punch list for B and C.
B类主要是文档——阀门数据表、仪表校准记录、测试报告。我们在并行整理。C类 是补漆和换标牌——移交后再做。建议目标是周五移交，A类清零，B和C签遗留尾项清单。
Agreed. I'll sign the turnover certificate with the residual punch list as an attachment. But the B items must be cleared within 30 days — that's the system completion milestone. Let's set up a daily punch list review meeting at 4 PM until we hit zero A.
